Our pricing is straightforward and depends on the type of booth and how long you need it. Most celebrations fall within a 2- to 4-hour window, and rates generally range from the mid-hundreds into the low thousands. Special experiences such as glam or 360° video booths can cost more. We include everything in our quotes—no hidden fees—so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

The sooner the better! Prime dates (especially weekends and holidays) can book out several months in advance. We recommend securing your date as soon as you have your venue confirmed. That said, if we have availability, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute requests.

Absolutely. Our prop collection includes signs, glasses, hats, boas and other fun items to match your theme. If you have special props you’d like to use, feel free to bring them along—personal touches are always welcome.

Our open-air booths work best in an area about 8 × 8 feet near a standard power outlet. If you’re interested in a 360° booth or need a more compact setup, let us know and we’ll advise on the footprint.

Our open-air booths comfortably fit six to ten guests per session, but larger groups are possible with creative posing. Enclosed or specialty booths can accommodate fewer people—just ask us about the best option for your event size.

Confirm host coverage with your selected package. Hosted experiences include help with setup and guest guidance; ask whether additional hosts are recommended for your event.

We serve all of New York City, Philadelphia and New Jersey. Travel within our core service area is included in your quote. If your event is further afield, a modest mileage fee may apply, and we’ll discuss this upfront.

We generally arrive 60–90 minutes before the booth is scheduled to open. This allows us to assemble equipment, test lighting and ensure the booth is ready when guests arrive. Breakdown begins at the end of your contracted time and is included in your package.

To secure your date, we require a deposit. The remaining balance is due before your event. The exact deposit amount will be outlined in your quote, and we accept major credit cards, checks and digital payments.

No. Setup and breakdown are always included. The only additional charges you might see are for extended operating hours beyond your contracted time or for travel outside our normal service area.

Yes. Guests receive digital copies via text or email. Printed photos are included when you select a print package; digital-only and 360° video packages do not include photo strips. Within a couple of days after the event, we provide the host with an online gallery containing every photo, GIF or boomerang captured.

Our dye-sublimation printers deliver prints within seconds—no smudging or shaking required.

Definitely. We design your photo overlay to match your event’s theme, colours or corporate branding. A selection of backdrops is available, and we can order or create custom backdrops for a fee. Monograms, logos and text are all possible.

We clean and sanitise all our props after every event. Guest safety and comfort are top priorities.

Idle time refers to periods when the booth is set up but not operating (for example, during dinner). If you need your booth set up early or paused partway through, we can accommodate this with a small hourly fee.

During your rental period, guests can visit the booth as many times as they like. We don’t cap the number of sessions—more fun means more memories.

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance if your venue requires proof of coverage.

Gratuities are never required, but if you feel our host went above and beyond, a tip is appreciated.

Outdoor setups are welcome as long as there is level ground, access to power and protection from the elements (a tent or covered area). We can also supply battery power or a generator for an additional fee.

Our open-air booths are accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, let us know—we’ll ensure everyone can join the fun.

We deliver a password-protected online gallery within 48 hours after your event. You can download all images and share the gallery link with guests at your convenience.

We always bring backup equipment to ensure your booth keeps running smoothly. In the unlikely event of a mechanical issue, our host will swap out equipment and minimise downtime.

For print packages, our default is two prints per session—one for the guest(s) and one for your scrap-book or keepsake. If you’d like additional copies for larger groups, just let us know when booking.
